C.E.O. of Florganic Restaurant & Global Intake Company Ltd

My name is David Kojo Gyasi, a Nutritionist, Consultant and Chief Executive Officer of Global Intake Company Ltd. Over the past 6 years I have engaged, trained and mentored several business owners, groups, individuals.  As the C.E.O; I am responsible for running all facets of the business. I am also responsible for leading a program management and project planning initiatives for organic farmers, companies and individuals seeking to venture into the organic sector.

Besides Global Intake, I also serve as a Chef and Dietician, in Florganic Restaurant that aims at serving the public with purely organic foods and creating awareness on the importance of eating organic foods.

In addition to my career, I serve as an Executive Secretary for Bio Ghana Network. A network that brings certified organic exporters and importers into an association for advocacy, promotion and development of organic products.

I obtained my training in Nutrition at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Ghana.   I have been trained in Germany at GIZ International Training Centre, Feldafing on Organic and Fairtrade products

My motivation for Organic foods is relevant to my profession and expertise. I find this event a privilege, honour and an opportunity to share and network with other professionals from the World which is an exceptional horizontal exchange of experience.  I perceive this also as an occasion to familiarize with good practices as a channel for my personal development and as conduit to connect and discuss my research with other professionals in the industry.
